Track Your Order
Ecomify doesn’t natively provide parcel tracking as a built-in feature.
This section is an optional add-on that uses a third-party tracking service (17track.net) to let customers check the status of their orders directly on your site.
What you’re seeing in the code is a custom “Tracking” section we created so merchants can easily embed a tracking form on a page like a “Track Your Order” page without needing an app. When a customer enters their tracking number and clicks the button, the section sends that number to 17Track, which then displays the live tracking details (carrier, delivery status, etc.) inside the same page.
